Our food philosophy
Our food philosophy is to ethically source seasonal and fresh produce to ensure we deliver an unrivalled dining experience. Our Head Chef passionately delivers a delicious, seasonal menu with traditional pub classics and our very own artisan dishes. Whether it’s light bites, vegan pizza or beer battered fish and chips you’re sure to find something that you just cannot resist from our menus.
Our Food
We are proud that all our dishes are freshly cooked to order, and our in-house artisan bakery provides our menus with the finest fresh breads, pizzas (Served from 5pm Monday-Friday & all day Saturday-Sunday) and desserts – all served in our casual dining ambience.
We’ve become well known for our delicious thin crust pizzas, available to eat in and take away, and have a huge selection of toppings from which to choose.
We cater for those little fussy eaters in your family too, and our kids meals are firm favourites with the little ones, guaranteed to take the stress out of eating out and putting smiles on their faces every time.
Carvery
The Sunday carvery at the Fishpond is a delightful experience that captures the essence of a traditional Sunday Roast. Nestled in a charming setting, the Fishpond offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place to gather with friends and family.
Our carvery features a tempting array of succulent meats, expertly roasted to perfection, accompanied by an assortment of seasonal vegetables and flavorful gravies. The attention to detail and commitment to quality ingredients make the Sunday carvery at The Fishpond a delightful and satisfying experience for all.
Our carvery is served from 12:00 until 17:00, after 17:00 we will be serving our reduced bar menu.

Drinks
We pride ourselves on having a large selection of hand pulled ales. We work with local micro-breweries and national favorites to select and serve our ales, ensuring that you’re always getting the perfect pint from our establishment.
With a great selection of chilled, crisp white wines and sparkling varieties, delicate rose’s, and deep fruity red’s, you’ll be spoilt for choice of which bottle to choose first.
Our range of spirits is ever expanding, and we offer a good selection of flavoured gins, traditional whiskeys, vodkas, rums, brandies and tequilas, alongside popular cocktail mixers, martinis and bitters.
